I can only offer praise for Nick and Carolina One. Nick is knowledgeable, professional, and committed to job. He diligently worked with us (first-time home buyers) from day one until we found the right home, which was a long process. We were provided with expert guidance and advice through a tumultuous and ever-changing market, and all the while being assured that any decisions were ultimately our own. Nick has a readily-available network of the other professionals that are typically involved in the home-buying process, which certainly helped streamline our experience. We are thoroughly satisfied with the services Nick and Carolina One provided, and we are excited to be in our new home!
