A native of Sarasota and life-long area resident, Nathan Mathers is an expert in the local real estate marketplace. Nathan began his real estate career in 2014 by knocking door to door on over 4,000 residential homes in the local area to introduce his services. Within a year, he had achieved the honor of being named rookie of the year due to his outstanding sales performance and continued to be recognized as a top producer. Nathan owned and operated his own brokerage for three years prior to moving his real estate services to the Longboat Key office of Premier Sotheby's International Realty. An All-American high school athlete, Nathan attended the University of Florida on a baseball scholarship. After playing at UF for two years, he moved on to play at Jacksonville University, where he graduated with a degree in sports marketing. He currently resides in Bradenton, where he enjoys his time outside of the office playing golf, exercising, spending time with his family, and cheering on his beloved Florida Gators sports teams.
