This is a shout out to an outstanding Realtor, Nancy Siau. My wife and I had decided to relocate closer to our two daughters’ families during the Christmas Holidays. So, we placed our raised beach house in Pawleys Island on the market with a Realtor in Myrtle Beach. Good team but not that familiar with our area. A friend of ours had done due diligence when they were planning to sell their high-end 2nd home on Pawleys Island. They recommended Nancy Siau. Within days of signing with Nancy, she had pictures taken and the house was on the market within a week, we had showing / traffic. We had to start planning fast, because we had offers. Nancy did her magic, negotiations took place etc. Offer accepted. Nancy then recommended several professional movers; we selected Positive Moves an outstanding professional team. There were a lot of moving parts and timelines with our buyer; Nancy constantly communicated with all parties during this time, through closing, even when she was on her planned vacation within different time zones. She is the consummate professional. Just wished we had signed with her earlier. E. Lee & Em
