Nancy is a wonderful friend, professional and force of nature! She was our agent when we purchased the home four years ago. Since then she has been a delightful part of our lives. When it came time to move onto our next journey, there was no question at all who we would want to represent us and our best interest in selling the house. Of course she was amazing through the entire process. At such a stressful time in life, it is a blessing to have a friend and absolute professional on our side. She navigated the showings, open house and offers, kept us updated and answered a hundred questions we had! She also did some sort of real estate magic after the first offer we accepted pulled a fast one on everyone. Within 24 hours she had the 2nd offer in hand and it was an even better offer than initially submitted. We have purchased and sold many residences, but Nancy is a very special person and though we are no longer in the area, we certainly plan on staying in touch and will get her to visit us up in the mountains of North Carolina.
