My husband and I have been going to Saint Augustine over the past 20 years and really love it. We made a really bad decision a year ago and moved to South Florida where we really were very unhappy. We decided to either rent or purchase something in Saint Augustine in the spring after a trip up in January. I saw Nancy Estavez’s name online and emailed her our thoughts. She couldn’t have been more friendly and eager to help us, even though we had no idea what we were really doing at that time. We were planning another trip up in late April to look around and Nancy offered to take us to various different places and Rentals and homes for sale. But as luck would have it, we sold our home in South Florida overnight the last week of April and we’re in need of purchasing a home in Saint Augustine. She met with us as soon as we got there I was with us every day until we found the place we fell in love with. She is definitely a blessing to your business and a great person. She left no stone unturned, and was always available when we needed her whatever time it was.. I can’t say enough about her friendliness and eagerness to help us out and continues to check in with us pretty much daily after we closed last week. Not only did she help us in the real estate part, but she helped us out with some doctor information and other activities in the area and was always thinking ahead. She was and still is a calming influence on us as we sold one home and purchased another one in three days and made the trip up the same week. I am hopeful that we will stay friends after all this is over. Nancy is truly an asset to Berkshire Hathaway😊
