Nancy is amazing - we sold our house with her in Dec 2022 and she made the entire process so smooth. She has her finger on the pulse of the market and her experience and knowledge in Nyack so clearly advantaged us in terms of her recommendation about the right list price as well as how to navigate the offers we received. Her team is first rate too, the pictures of our home really showed off its best features and the advice we received on staging was spot on. We feel so fortunate to have worked with Nancy and can't recommend her highly enough to anyone else buying or selling, especially in this area.
