Nancy was fantastic throughout the entire home-buying process. She was extremely knowledgeable about the area and was very receptive to our needs. Nancy let us take ownership of the process by allowing us to select a wide range of potential homes to view, while also providing us with pertinent information & potential "red flags" about each option. She was careful not to impose her own preferences and took the time to understand our needs. During the closing process, Nancy was attentive to detail, and kept us appraised of what to expect at each step in a timely manner, while respecting our time. We recommend Nancy to anyone in the Puget Sound area, and would absolutely use her services again, though we won't need to, as Nancy helped us find our 'forever home' :) .
