Nancy was the consummate professional in helping me both with the sale of my single-family home and the purchase of my condo. She knows the market well - I had almost accepted the first offer but she knew my home was worth more - and it paid off! She was able to find the right buyer and we settled at higher amount. I also really appreciated her patience in my purchase process, as I changed my requirements about 12 times (high-rise, low-rise, east north side, mid west side - I was fickle) and she just went with the flow and kept finding me great properties. I also appreciated her early access to pre-market opportunities, which is how I landed in my current home. I am so happy with the entire process, thank you Nancy!
