Mya does a great job of bringing a calm, interactive and reliable presence to the buying situation. This is my third time using Mya to represent me in purchasing an investment property. She has a good eye for picking good properties. I trust her to identify which homes have the potential for a good return on my investment dollar as well her recommendations on necessary improvements to those homes. ~ Eric
