My partner and I were first time home buyers, and we could not have had a better realtor than Mona Momtaz-Azad. She took the time every step of the way to patiently explain each step. She professionally managed all aspects our search for our home. Having an in depth knowledge of all the neighbourhoods was invaluable to us. She also managed negotiations with the seller to get us a discount on our home. We could not have had a better realtor. Thank you Mona Momtaz-Azad!
