A chance meeting led us to the most amazing real estate guru in the form of Mindy Cartwright! Mindy is extremely thorough, always prepared and she has provided us with expert insight into making the most from our investment. Being novices in investment property, we had no idea what to look for or how to make the best choice and Mindy guided us along the process from initial showing to closing. Even after closing, she has been an invaluable resource for additional questions and issues that have come up. We are planning another purchase next summer, this time for our own residential home in Grand Rapids, and Mindy is already keeping an eye out for just the right multi-unit property for us to call home! Mindy is an outstanding agent and all-around expert in her field. She is also a pleasure to work with personally – upbeat, kind, patient and a fantastic sense of humor. She has our highest recommendation!
