I am most fortunate to have met and gotten to know Mimi and Sarah, and to have had them represent me in connection with several real estate matters this year. Mimi and Sarah assisted me in the sale of my home of over 30 years, and they were extremely understanding of how difficult that process is in general and for me personally. They also represented me in the lease of a residence, while simultaneously helping me look for a home to purchase. Those endeavors were also difficult given recent market conditions. Mimi has vast experience in and knowledge of the Larchmont and surrounding communities. And Mimi and Sarah make a terrific team. They are at all times and in all circumstances very professional, as well as extraordinarily available and responsive. They are also a tremendous pleasure to work with on a personal level. I highly recommend Mimi and Sarah to anyone looking to buy, sell or lease a home in the lower Westchester area.
