We love working with Mike! He found our first ever home purchase, and 8 years later when we needed to move closer to family, got it sold for us in 45 days (total, from listing to cash in the bank!)! Mike has been in the Bend area for a long time and truly understands the nuance of the Bend market. He comes from a family background in property management and embodies that spirit of the true property hound; always on the hunt for his clients, buying and selling properties of his own in the area, and genuinely gets excited about the process of it all. He is a savvy negotiator with a solid grasp of the subtle nature of people and the whimsical undercurrents of property sales. Long story short, you want Mike on your team. He’ll listen to your goals and needs, and work with you to guide you through the process. Thanks again Mike, for finding us our first family home 🥰, and then getting our beloved home into the hands of some terrific buyers (at full price too!!).
