I worked with Mike for several years, including during the pandemic, to find a house so I got to know Mike and how he operates pretty well. As a first-time homebuyer it was great to have someone like Mike who could share his extensive knowledge of buying and selling properties in central Oregon. Since Mike is the only real estate agent I worked with I cannot offer a comparison to any other real estate agent, but I can say that Mike's commitment to the process of helping me find a house was unwavering during the several years I worked with him. The customer service Mike provided throughout the process was outstanding. Most of the time Mike made me feel like I was his only client, which I'm sure was not the situation. I found Mike to be a prompt communicator and a person who keeps current with improvement projects in and around Bend that may influence a buyer's/seller's decision. For me, Mike's commitment to energy efficiency and sustainability was a valued asset because we could discuss a property through these shared lenses. Having a shared perspective helped with discussions of a property and knowing that I had a real estate agent that shared many of my viewpoints seemed to make the process of finding a house more streamlined. I would definitely use Mike in the future, but if I ever needed to use another real estate agent, Mike has set a high bar for them to meet.
