Mike Matwijec from Zeitlin was fantastic. From the moment we started our process with our builder, Mike was step for step with us. From contract reviews, to site visits during construction. Helpful information regarding Tennessee mortgages and the overall expectations of purchasing a home. As construction started to come to a close, Mike was very helpful in relaying concerns about our home to the builder and sales rep. Mike was present for all walkthroughs and spent quite a few hours with us during our pre-closing walkthrough with the quality team from Drees. The day of our closing, Mike met us at the house and completed the final walkthrough with the builder. As we prepared to go to the Title company to complete the sale, Mike sat down with us to just provide information on how the process would work. This is very different from our experience in NY. In the end, knowing we had Mike on our team to provide guidance and and extra set of eyes was very comforting. This was a big move for us after spending all our lives in NY. Mike and the team made the transition much less stressful. We were lucky to have Mike with us as should anyone else that uses Mike Matwijec for them home purchases.
