Mike gave us excellent service in guiding our family to the sale of a 2.6 acre lot plus the family home my siblings and I grew up in in the east foothills of San Jose. The offers he procured seemed fair and reasonable, and near the top of the range for properties like ours. As an additional plus, Mike really knows, and enjoys, the real estate business, including the current forms that must be used, and was conscientious about the disclosures that had to be made, thus protecting us. He proved to be a good tactician in pricing and showing the house and lot, and negotiating with potential buyers and their agents. Along the way, he proved to be a friendly, patient, professional in his trade. And No matter how busy he seemed to be, he never complained about the calls we left for him, sometimes on weekends or after hours on a variety of questions, and kept his sense of humor. He was also generous with his time, for example to help us assess the possibility of a lot split. He gave us a five star performance right from the start, and was a pleasure to deal with.
