Mike was the very first person I met in the state of Washington when I decided to move up here from California. I had been referred to him through a friend and had him help us find a rental house in Bellevue while we were transitioning to the new state. He handled the rental so well, he ended up being our buying agent for our house in Kirkland as well as the buying agent for my friend and his wife, my brother and his girlfriend, and my mother for all of their purchases. Mike is very responsive, incredibly helpful and patient, and an amazing agent altogether. Small example; when walking through houses for the first time, we discussed our likes and dislikes as we walked through so he could get an idea of our preference. While I did expect him to take our suggestions into consideration, I had not expected him to type out a full summary at the end of the day for us to review along with adjustments to our own list of houses to look at. In fact, we wouldn't have considered living in Kirkland were it not for his suggestion and wouldn't have gotten the amazing 3k sq ft house we did for an incredible price. As a person, Mike is friendly, helpful, and trustworthy. As an agent he is brilliant, hardworking, and reliable. I have and still continue to highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new place.
