This was our third house purchase within about a 0.2 mile radius in 10 years. Needless to say, I hope it's the last. But out of all of these purchases, then one was the least painful thanks to Michelle. She was wonderful, energetic, always available and always with a smile. She was the first agent that came to our closing with us and always had helpful information that we didn't even know we needed. We will be using her to sell our previous house when the renovations are done.
