I’ve known Michelle for many years, but this is the first time I have had the opportunity to use her as a realtor. After the passing of both of my parents, I needed to sell their home- my childhood home. Michelle was so great to work with- from our first meeting through the closing. She guided me through the entire process, was patient as I dealt with some issues in getting the house up for sale, and helped me find reliable people to help me prepare the house to be sold. Once it was listed, we had multiple showings in just a few days and received multiple full price offers. It sold within a week, and we closed very quickly! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience or a better realtor! Thank you, Michelle, for all your hard work and making the selling process so easy for me!
