We have bought and sold 3 homes throughout our career and Michelle was by far the best realtor we had and its not even close! She is really the whole package when it comes to what a buyer would look for in a realtor. It was like she was two steps ahead of everyone at every turn. If there was a document or a request Michelle already had the ground work laid so we barely had to do any lifting at all. She was dedicated to us from day one to closing, our buying process was a bit unconventional but through two years that we worked with her before we closed any question/request we had Michelle was on top of it. When we finally decided to purchase a home through loan assumption she was quick to set everything that we needed up and also provided immense support throughout the long and tedious assumption process. On top of her dedication, organization, and down right outstanding effort that she put forth everyday she was also an advocate for us as buyers. She would take the time to read and explain any documents that we had and if there was something in the writing that was off she was quick to call it out and get it corrected for us. This homebuying process would have been an absolute nightmare if it wasn't for Michelle we are so lucky to have had her as a Realtor and in the future would definitely use her again in a heartbeat.
