We have used Michelle Howe several times in the past, and all with positive outcomes. She is resourceful, knowledgeable about our local area, kind, and always helpful. We also appreciate that Michelle is not a high pressure sales person--she listens to your concerns and needs, and works well with all levels of people from owners/buyers to inspectors and bankers. We would highly recommend her to others both looking to buy or sell a property in the Monadnock region.
