We went into this transaction of buying this home, thinking it was going to be very easy. Michelle is a realtor that our family members have used before and that we trust and we thought it would be an easy purchase for everybody. She helped us find contractors and experts and surveyors and inspectors, etc. after a lot of investigations and inspections and negotiations we were able to purchase the home at a price we were comfortable with, and that was all due to Michelle and her hard work.
