I had the good fortune, and I dare say, godsend to find Michelle. Little did know, when I responded to her marketing postcard 5 years ago to help me with renting our house and each year since finding great tenants for us, not realizing then, just how much I would come to depend on her. This was especially true after my wife’s passing recently when I felt I had to simplify things and sell our Deerfield house. However, my impaired vision and not being able to drive really accentuated my need for someone with a strong, take charge, personality. Michelle was there in my time of need and stepped up to fill the breach, flawlessly. Her focus on details is impressive. In my 45 plus years in management and doing personnel reviews, I seldom gave the highest (10) rating. Michelle, your performance over the past 5 or 6 months has been nothing less than an 11 or 12. I mean it!!! You really are the consummate professional. And I thank God for His infinite foresight. Dave M
