My husband and I live in upstate NY and wanted to purchase a condominium in Southeast Florida. We got Michelle's name from an acquaintance here in NY that had purchased a home through her. We started the search process last fall. Michelle, without even meeting us in person, sent us a variety of condominiums on a daily basis. We went down there in November of 2023 to look at a handful of condos and to meet Michelle in person. She arranged a full day of viewings which helped her to understand what our needs and wants were. We did not purchase then as we weren't quite ready just yet. Michelle continued to send us condominium listings that matched our needs and wants. My husband then connected with Michelle this past spring and she was able to get him into a brand new listing and it turned out to be exactly what we wanted! Going through the purchasing process would not have been as smooth as it was without Michelle's assistance. Her attention to detail and adherence to the contract stipulations was a tremendous help to us as we waded through this process. Her professionalism at all times is to be commended. We would not hesitate to recommend Michelle to our family and friends that may be interested in buying in Southeast Florida.
