Michelle is a great realtor! Her guidance got me the maximum amount on my home that I could get. I even had a HUD against the home which I never knew about. Long story short the City of Lancaster wanted 80k. She got them to drop it down to 60k. Michelle and her whole team fought and try to remove that all together. No stone was left unturned. Unfortunately I had to buy out the City (no fault of my own). I couldn't have asked for a better agent and team to help me sell my home. I will FORSURE come back and have her sell my other property. With the situation I was in, I couldn't be any happier with the results I ened up with.
