I am happy to write this letter of recommendation for Michele Segars, who assisted me in my search for a home in the Jacksonville area. Having been a Real Estate Broker myself for 40 years in the Brooklyn Queens area of New York I have a very high appreciation for the professionalism, integrity, and exceptional client service that Michele gave to me . I was impressed by the professionalism that Michelle demonstrated throughout the entire process. She was consistently helpful, kind, patient and responsive, and she always took the time to understand what I was looking for . Most important was her honesty and her genuine love of helping people . She provided a straightforward and objective assessment of every property we considered, pointing out both the positives and the potential concerns rather than simply trying to make a sale. I would highly recommend Michele to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Jacksonville area, her professionalism and commitment to her clients truly set her apart. Adele Vigilante
