This was our first time selling a house and Michael Murphy was very pleasant to work with and also very knowledgeable. We were not able to meet with Mike or get the house ready to sell ourselves due to the pandemic and being located on the opposite side of the country, so we relied on Mike almost entirely and he really came through for us. We were in daily (and sometimes hourly) contact as decisions had to be made, and he was extremely helpful and thorough. We would highly recommend Mike to anyone buying or selling.
