To Whom it May Concern:

We are writing to wholeheartedly recommend Michael Tellerday as an exceptional real estate agent based on our recent experience working with him to purchase property in upstate New York.

Throughout the process, Michael listened to us and our goals every step of the way, demonstrating a remarkable level of professionalism, knowledge, and resourcefulness which significantly contributed to a successful and smooth acquisition. He provided detailed insights into current market trends, county regulations, codes, and permitting, allowing us to make an informed decision about our property selection without compromising on our wants and needs. Michael communicated clearly and was highly responsive to all of our inquiries, even responding to us on weekends! He addressed our concerns and questions regarding building and construction on the site, going above and beyond to connect us to local builders to get us started in the construction process.

We have no hesitation in recommending Michael to anyone seeking a reliable, knowledgeable, and skilled real estate agent in upstate New York.

Please feel free to contact us if there are any questions regarding our experience with Michael.
