Meredith was fantastic in helping get our rental up and off of the ground! This was our first time renting our home out and we had already moved out of state when we brought her in. To say Meredith was a true professional is an understatement! She came in with the expertise and confidence we needed to feel comfortable prepping and listing our home. She had great recommendations for all of the housework needed to get the house ready and brought a great perspective to the table. She was consistently available for all communication and followed up on all of the work done for us. The house rented in NO TIME! if you’re even thinking about looking for a home or listing yours for rent or sale, we highly recommend Meredith!
