Melisa’s extensive knowledge of Fredericksburg City and especially the Normandy Village area made her the perfect agent for us. Melisa was completely honest with us, was completely transparent, explaining every detail, answering every question, phone call, text message, and email. What was important to Melisa was that we were 100% satisfied with our end result. She never deviated from that during the entire process. She gained our trust early with her consistency and responsiveness, helped us understand what we needed to to make the best decision, and in the end we were 100% satisfied. Melisa is a great person to work with, and if/when the time comes that I need an agent, she will be the first person I consider. Only dealt with Melisa. World class service and excellent results.
