As a recognized local leader in the luxury real estate segment, Janet McAfee Real Estate believes success knows no boundaries and achievement is marked by milestones along the journey. Her milestones include a lucrative real estate practice spanning 25 years, lifetime sales exceeding $200 million dollars, and a path that earned her an esteemed reputation across the St. Louis Central Corridor. Her journey and the promise of new milestones continues with her recent affiliation with Janet McAfee Real Estate. Her journey to success was born of hard work and acquired experience. In 1991, Melinda was lured by the beauty and challenge of a new frontier, a planned golf course community called St. Albans. 23 years later, Melinda's experience now transcends St. Albans to include the communities and neighborhoods of West St. Louis County. She effectively works with architects, designers, lenders, appraisers, title insurers, home buyers, and real estate counterparties. In the past 15 years, Melinda has helped many of her existing clients purchase new homes and sell their present home when they downsized, upsized, or relocated. Her sales expertise is renowned. Melinda firmly believes her real estate success was due to her understanding of the local housing market, listening to her distinguished clients, and understanding their goals. She ceaselessly educates her clients to help them make informed decisions with their purchase or sale, and with her experience, often offers solutions to problems before others even recognize a problem exists. Her philosophy is simple: "I love what I do and I get complete satisfaction when everyone walks away from a successful deal. The testament to my success is all my repeat and referral clients." We are delighted such a sought-after professional joined our ranks, and we eagerly await the opportunity to bring her fabulous listings under the incomparable marketing umbrella of Janet McAfee Real Estate.
