Melanie helped us find a condo by the ocean. It wasn't an easy task! It took several months and careful review of many options. Melanie was very professional all along, knowledgeable, incredibly patient and understanding. She made herself available even in short notice, organized showings very quickly (e.g. next day), always showed up early and had things ready for us to come into buildings. She kept communication flowing consistently, got our questions answered, etc. We were able to do any kind of paperwork electronically, which is something I very much appreciate. As with every industry, realtors that have not entered the digital era stay behind... not the case here. Through Melanie, we were able to get recommendations on other services too. I would more than definitely work with Melanie in the future and I highly recommend her.
