Melanie Barger with Berkshire Hathaway in St. Simons was an excellent agent to work with on our recent transaction. Over the decades, I have been fortunate to work on and close on many real estate deals, and Melanie has been one of the most professional, well-prepared and honest realtors I have worked with. If her service is any indication of how this brokerage is run, then I would highly recommend their team.
