Throughout the process of finding my home I always felt supported and comfortable . My questions and any messages really , were responded to promptly , making me feel heard and important . Mel Abbott made me feel as if no question was a silly question , being a first time home buyer I was not sure what exactly to look for and they provided me with an abundance of advice that ultimately made me find a home I am happy to move into.
