Megg Faillace brings a strong local background, sophisticated marketing expertise and a genuine passion for Florida’s Gulf Coast to her career. She joins her husband, Ralph, a Realtor for 14+ years, to offer comprehensive real estate services throughout Bradenton and beyond. Born and raised in Michigan, Megg grew up visiting Anna Maria Island, cultivating a love for the area which led to a permanent move to Northwest Bradenton in the summer of 1994. A marketing graduate of Ashland University in Ohio, Megg’s professional experience includes a position as assistant to the director of the Anna Maria Art League, where she assisted with the planning and implementation of local art shows and festivals. Megg’s creative flair also led her to study interior design, providing homebuyers and sellers with accomplished insight on the more artistic side of the industry. Married for 33+ years, Megg and Ralph enjoyed raising their three children in Northwest Bradenton, where close-knit neighborhoods create the perfect environment for family living. In her spare time, Megg can be found gardening with native Florida plants, visiting local antique stores to uncover new pieces for her home, and exploring local beaches.
