In December of 2020, my family went to Megan with a list of requirements that seemed impossible to meet at the time. We were looking to purchase two units of a newly built multi-family property in the Jersey City Heights area, we had a price point we did not want to go over, and we needed to be closed on the property/moved out of our temporary living situation by the end of February 2021. Due to her efforts, we moved into our home a week earlier than our targeted date. Her effectiveness alone would be enough for a “five-star review” but the most amazing aspect of working with Megan was her calming nature, professionalism and confidence throughout the entire process. We had been looking for a home for the better part of a year when we called her for the first time and had some bad experiences along the way. From day one, there was never a doubt in our minds that Megan was going to deliver on everything we wanted and needed, and we are forever grateful for the home run she gave us in terms of both service and production.
