Traditional Values -Modern Approach The McGuire Cooley Team with Coldwell Banker Select was created by team leaders Deborah McGuire and Jessica Cooley McDonnell in 2013 when they decided two separate successful businesses could be combined into one spectacular business. Both were mentored by the legendary Tulsa real estate broker Gordona Duca, and they wanted to pass the same excellent guidance and training they received from her, on to other agents. Since the creation of the team we have sold over $150 Million Dollars in Gross Sales and closed over 400 transactions. Our team has been featured often in Tulsa People’s Top 100 Realtors and received The Coldwell Banker Presidents Circle Award. Several team members are routinely asked to give presentations and classes to train both newly licensed and seasoned realtors at Coldwell Banker Select. With a combined 65+ years of experience in selling Tulsa and Tulsa area real estate, the McGuire Cooley team members pride ourselves on our devotion to our clients. We believe going “above and beyond” is not anything special – it’s our standard way of doing business.
