We have found Maurice to be extremely responsive and timely to our various and wide ranging requests. Most critically, he had a winning strategy to win on a multi-bid offer scenario and helped us get our dream home at a fair price, despite the competition. He is a pleasure to work with, very courteous and spent time showing us a nearby club that is attached to the property. Maurice goes above and beyond with other services and helpful contacts, offering contacts for inspection services, pool and handyman services, among others to help move smoothly to and beyond closing. These providers resemble the service Maurice provides. He also has a gold star approach on service well beyond what is reasonably expected. The home we bought came furnished and while it had nice furnishings, we have a whole home house of items we will be moving so we need to remove more than half of the furnishings. Maurice arranged for these to be donated to Habitat for Humanity, for no incremental consideration, and personally moved these with his team so the house would be ready when the moving truck arrives. This guy is amazing.
