The seller was uncooperative in honesty and the processing of the sale.Maurice spent a lot of time coordinating difficult negotiations with the sellers and their agent. He was most helpful in solving tactical issues and showed a great deal of patience and knowledge to see the deal through when I was close to walking away. He was professional and above all, honest with me and once the deal was closed, was most helpful in helping to answer and solve logistic problems since we were in New York when issues arose and he helped simplify transition issues such as keys, last minute repairs condo issues. I would sincerely recommend him if asked.
