I recently closed on a condo at The Players Club. When I initially contacted Maureen Horn regarding exploring the purchase of a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo on the gulf side of LBK, Maureen was very honest about the availability of listings. She reviewed every listing on the market, both 2 and 3 bedrooms, and told me why she did not think they met my needs. She said she wanted to find me what I wanted at a decent price, even though the market is presently unprecedented.  When she called me to see if I could FaceTime and look at what she thought would be a perfect fit, I was thrilled. I flew down 3 days later to see the condo in person, and a deal was made. Her partner Jodene, showed me the condo as Maureen was not able to. My husband came down 2 days later, and Jodene showed him the condo. Jodene and Maureen were available for all my questions, made sure I understood what was occurring with repairs at TPC, and helped me research the fees that would be proposed once I owned the condo. I never expected to be able to find what I wanted so quickly in this market, and Maureen knew when she saw this unit that I would love it. I am grateful that she was so attentive and available.
