Matthew did an excellent job with connecting with us in the beginning to first give us a tour of our future home and build a rapport with us as his clients. He was very forthcoming and knowledgeable with all information about the property, answered all of our questions, and had tips and recommendations for the area as well. He is very personable and made us feel welcome from the first phone call to us signing our lease. He never made us feel as though he was just trying to sell us on something. We are very excited to continue working with him and his team while we are renting one of their properties. We highly recommend him if you’re looking to rent or buy in the Baltimore area!
