Matt was a joy to work with. He went above and beyond in helping us with both rentals and an eventual sale. Super responsive and proactive, and above all trustworthy. We always felt he had our best interests at heart, he introduced us to excellent contractors and stepped in for us when we were unavailable. Can't recommend highly enough - fun and easy going guy.
