I got a recommendation from a friend who worked with Megan not long ago. And wow I am impressed. Megan was so easy to get ahold of off the bat and making plans to meet up for a “get to know you” session was just days away after that. The first meeting was informative and down to business but in a personable kind of way that just makes you feel at ease and like you have known her forever. It was a fun coffee date and when I left I knew I had the right realtor to help me find my new home. Patience is a virtue and Megan’s got it. She was with me every step of the way, every question (Lord knows I had a ton of them), every concern, reaching out to HOAs and everyone else on my behalf and finding all of the answers. Available at a moments notice too which I am sure turned a few of my sleepless nights into hers as well. She seems to know the area well and listened to my critiques in listings and my praises too. I was looking alone, family is out of town, she was great a good candidate when I needed to bounce my thoughts around. She showed me the ropes and was even super easy about working with a for sale by owner listing that I now own thanks to her. She was always on time and informative of any goings ons. I just have nothing but good things to say about Megan. I’m even telling people that aren’t looking for homes about her! A lasting impression for sure. Highly recommend.
