We have worked with Matt on three real estate transactions in Downtown Greenville and I can honestly say there are not adequate enough words to say how wonderful the experience was. We have worked with other realtors in the past, but Matt's communication, honesty, and attention to detail was and is superior. For our first experience, we had a unique situation where, while under contract, the house was suddenly put into probate in two separate states. It took an additional 6 months to close and Matt was on top of it. He was in constant communication with us and requesting updates from the seller's agent. It was a very odd situation but Matt lead the way in such a smooth manner that we weren't concerned at all. For the second experience, we were looking to move but had very specific requests - specifically wanting to stay in the North Main area of Greenville - and a very small market. He accommodated our schedules to view house and was very quick to get showings. He helped us narrow down the field and gave us honest feedback on each house. For our most recent, we were selling a historic home we dearly loved and it was a very sensitive situation. We got the house photo and show ready the day before leaving for a week long vacation so that Matt could do all the pre-listing items. While we were gone, he kept us up to date without being bothersome and the house was under contract by the time we returned which made the selling process a lot less stressful for us. Not looking to move anytime soon, but when we are ready, Matt will be our first call. He has made each of these transitions seamless. He is professional, kind, and a fun guy to be around.
