Matt has now completed three deals for my wife and me: two condos and a three-flat. The two condos he listed for us, and in both cases, he did an exceptional job of recommending and overseeing minor rehab and staging, subsequently getting us pricing that we were happy with and making the process possible for two busy professionals.

In the case of the three-flat, he knew we were interested in selling it, and brought us a buyer without having to put it on the market. The deal had some complexity as a result of the property, and Matt helped us navigate that well. He also navigated a potentially conflicting relationship (representing both buyer and seller) very effectively, clearly defining his role as facilitator and effectively mediating between the two sides.
