As first time home buyers, we were actively looking for homes but we hadn't taken any of the important logistical steps to actually act on anything of interest - including having a realtor. When we found a place we were interested in, we luckily had Mary Jo's name from a chance meeting years ago. We reached out to her immediately and within 4 days she had gotten us to a place where we were more than ready to make an offer (went and looked at the home, helped us get an inspection, gave us the right contacts to get pre-approved, reviewed all disclosures with us, scheduled a call with the inspector and helped us ask all the right questions, etc.). Our first offer didn't work out but by number three we'd found a great home and we couldn't have gotten it without Mary Jo's years of experience and advice when we were negotiating. Throughout our time working with Mary Jo she was incredibly patient, available, knowledgeable, and wonderful to be around. We know we have a lasting relationship with her and there will be absolutely no question who we'll turn to when it's time to sell our home and find a new one. We are so grateful to Mary Jo!
