mary was extremely helpful in locating a beautiful condo. she was always sending me new listings to my email as soon as they became available. A few years ago she was a great help giving me advise to receive many viewings at my first open house,resulting in a immediate sale . I would highly recommend Mary if you want to purchase or sell a residence.

Mary was extremely helpful and patient in my home search. I was a first time home buyer and didn't necessarily know all the things to look for, she assisted in helping myself where I needed to be in making a decision. Due to the market on what I could afford I greatly appreciated what she was able to do for me to get me on the schedule to see a home often times very last minute. She made sure to go above and beyond to do what was needed.
