Marvin listened to everything we wanted in out new home. And we found our dream home. The process was fairly quick, which was nice. So we could get in there and start remodeling. Also, he sold my house quick and I got what I wanted out of it. So I would definitely call Marvin if you have ANY real estate you are looking to buy or sell. He will definitely get the job done .
