Martina is great at her job and she was trained by the best! She is thorough and wrote a wonderful, catchy and spot on description of the property. It was my sister's home which I had to completely empty out as she was going from the hospital directly into Assisted Living. Martina's resources on how and where to get things gone was a huge help go me. She is smart and savvy about pricing and how to market property. The house went on Coming Soon around 9/29 then we planned to go live on 10/12 at midnight and the next day had a signed contract by 5:30 pm We also did a time frame of 2.5 weeks to a quick and easy settlement, which worked for the buyer and for me! Martina prepared me and advised me every step of the way! She was compassionate along the way knowing my situation and how important the sale was to help me secure my sister's future.
