Martha Robertson came to us highly recommended and with good reason. During our first meeting she had the necessary papers prepared to commit as our agent. She had researched the property we planned to sell, offering comps, and a plan to sell the house promptly. Martha was familiar with the improvements we made and her engineering knowledge was evident. After listing the house, Martha kept us informed up to and through the inspections, loan approval, walk through, and closing. We plan to ask Martha to represent us when we sell our next home. Thank you.
